Meet Woo the Whale™, a big-hearted blue whale who believes every new day brings new adventures. Alongside his wonderful friends—Jazmine the Jellyfish™, Oscar the Octopus™, FiFi the Fish™, Click the Crab™, Penny the Penguin™, and Sammy the Sea Turtle™—Woo explores colorful coral reefs, hidden underwater treasures, and exciting new places across the world’s oceans. Come meet the friends, follow their adventures, and discover a world where every bubble begins a brand-new story — where friendship makes waves and every adventure begins one bubble at a time.

Jazmine the Jellyfish™ 

Meet Jazmine the Jellyfish™, the colorful, fun-loving jokester of the Woo The Whale Universe™! With her bright ocean colors, sparkling personality, and playful spirit, Jazmine is full of energy and loves making her sea friends smile and laugh. 

This cheerful design celebrates friendship, imagination, humor, and being uniquely YOU. Perfect for kids who love colorful sea creatures, ocean adventures, and characters with lots of personality.

Oscar the Octopus™ 

Meet Oscar the Octopus™, the inventor and genius.   He is curious, clever, and always thinking. Oscar loves solving puzzles, exploring math, inventing amazing gadgets to help his ocean friends.   The tatoo gadget on his forehead reminds his sea friends that he is full of ideas and inventions. 

Fifi the Fish™ 

Bonjour, mes amis! Meet Fifi the Fish™, the sweet and spirited friend everyone trusts in the Woo the Whale Universe™. Fifi may be small, but she has a very big heart. She loves helping her ocean friends, sharing thoughtful advice, and cheering them on whenever they need her.

With her French charm, caring nature, and confident spirit, Fifi teaches us that a true friend listens, encourages, and is always ready to lend a helping fin. 

Click the Crab™

Click the Crab brings the beat to the Woo the Whale Universe?  cheerful, energetic, and always ready to make some music, Click turns the natural click-click of his claws into rhythms and songs for his ocean friends.  Whether he’s tapping out a beat on the sand, making music on the rocks, or helping his friends celebrate an adventure, Click know how to get everyone moving.   

Penny the Penguin™ 

Meet Penny the Penguin, the brave little waddler of the Woo the Whale Universe!  With a big heart and plenty of determination, Penny reminds her ocean friends to “Waddle Forward”!  even when something feels difficult.  Her signature heart on the bottom of her foot represents the courage to keep going and her caring spirit to help friends along the way.  Penny may take little steps, but they can lead to big adventures!

Sammy the Sea Turtle™ 

Sammy the Sea Turtle™ is a brave, clever, and funny explorer in the Woo the Whale Universe™. His special compass helps him navigate across the ocean—and always find his way home to share amazing stories with Woo, Jazmine, Oscar, Fifi, Click and Penny.

AI & Creative Process
Woo the Whale Universe™ is an original character concept and creative project developed by ArtC-Designs. Artificial intelligence is used as one of several creative tools to assist with character visualization and artistic development. Character concepts, personalities, stories, creative direction, design decisions, revisions, and final development are directed by ArtC-Designs. As Woo the Whale Universe™ grows, characters and illustrations may be further refined through digital editing and original artistic rendering. Woo the Whale character was created by a story I wrote many years ago and it collected dust until recently and happily introducing you to Woo the Whale™.  Originally, Woo did not have the four bubbles as his distinct personality but Woo at that time of the original story could change colors to blend in with the ocean environment. Now, I have transferred that character distinction to Oscar the Octopus™ in Woo the Whale Universe™ and gave Oscar the Octopus™ the ability to change colors to adapt to the ocean environment for protection.
